Our approach to customer service is unique. We pair every customer with a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR.) Your CSR will proactively handle all related communication with ocean carriers, terminal operators, warehouses, etc. The CSR is your single point of contact for day-to-day needs and acts as the conduit between our operations and yours.

Our drivers are the best of the best. We currently have a fleet 200 strong and growing. It is comprised of a mix of company drivers and owner-operators. All drivers, whether they are employees or independent contractors, undergo a rigorous background check screening legal status, drug tests, employment history, and DMV records. Our hiring standards are tougher than the law requires, which is why we have won numerous awards for our safety record.

Our use of Information Technology is top-notch. We utilize state of the art operational software giving us visibility to cargo movement throughout the process. You can track and trace your shipments on-line, print PODs, even receive invoices, all without the need of a stamp or a fax machine. Additionally, we support a full range of EDI transactions.

Our security measures and policies are C-TPAT compliant. We operate secure facilities and ensure your loads are protected during our chain of custody.
