Our customer service
We pair every customer with a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR). Your CSR will proactively handle all related communication with your ocean carriers, terminal operators, warehouses, etc. The CSR is your single point of contact for day-to-day needs and acts as the conduit between our operations and yours.
We currently have a fleet 160 strong and growing. It is comprised of a mix of company drivers and owner-operators. All drivers, whether they are employees or independent contractors, undergo a rigorous background check screening legal status, drug tests, employment history, and DMV records. Our hiring standards are tougher than the law requires, which is why we have won numerous awards for our safety record.
Our Information Technology
We utilize state-of-the-art operational software giving us visibility to cargo movement throughout the process. You can track and trace your shipments on-line, print PODs, even receive invoices, all without the need of a stamp or a fax machine. Additionally, we support a full range of EDI transactions.
