-Preserving Choice in Vehicle Purchases Act would limit the EPA’s ability to issue waivers seeking to ban or limit the sale of internal combustion engines.
-Guaranteeing Overtime for Truckers Act (GOT Truckers) would remove trucking’s exemption from overtime pay.
-Stop California from Advancing Regulatory Burden Act (Stop CARB) would repeal CARB’s waiver exemption and prohibit other states from adopting CARB standards.
