The California Trucking Association (CTA) and Owner Operator Independent Drivers Association (OOIDA) are not taking the latest blow to their lawsuit against the State of California’s anti-independent contractor law, AB5, lying down.
The two associations lost in the Circuit Court but have filed an appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
The dates for additionally filings or oral arguments have not been announced.
