We all still bear the battle scars of COVID, but Samsung is not turning the other cheek. They have filed another complaint with the Federal Maritime Commission (FMC). This time a $186M claim against CMA-CGM for failing to provide contracted store-door-delivery services and continuing to assess penalty charges.

Samsung previously filed claims against Zim, SM Line, Wan Hai and OOCL. They were awarded $3.68M from Zim, $1.9M from SM Line, and the other two carriers reached confidential settlements.
