
Each year, the American Transportation Research Institute (ATRI) collects and analyzes traffic and GPS data to determine the most congested roadways in the nation for trucks. This year, Chicago’s intersection of I-294 and I-290/88 takes the #1 spot as the worst bottleneck in the country. To be clear, this designation is not an award anyone should strive for or want.
