The Georgia Port Authority (GPA) has added facial recognition to their ingate process. A driver can enroll in the program, go to the appropriate lane, and be admitted into the terminal without showing his/her driver’s license or Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card.
It sounds much like TSA’s touchless pre-check option and will likely have the same divergent opinions on usage.
