The American Trucking Associations’ (ATA) oral arguments to the US Supreme Court were successful in swaying the high court to block the Biden Administration’s mandate-or-test order. The Supreme Court’s decision paved the way for the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) to officially withdraw the mandate.
This decision is a huge win for the trucking industry as the majority of drivers are an independent group who are opposed to mandated vaccines.
