One out of every ten workers in the United States in an independent contractor. Regardless of the freedom, flexibility and earning power such work provides to these citizens, Julie Su would like to make that number zero.

Ms. Su, the architect of California law AB5 effectively banning independent contracts in the state, has been nominated by the Biden Administration to head up the US Department of Labor.

Her nomination passed the US Senate’s Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee and will be heard by the full Senate.

Contact your Senators and urge them to vote NO on Julie Su’s nomination.
