Legislators in Ohio have passed a law banning the state’s agencies, municipalities or counties from adopting any vehicle emissions standards established by CARB.
Crazy enough, thirteen states plus the District of Columbia have rules in place automatically adopting CARB rules.
Ohio is also suing the EPA for reinstating its waiver allowing California to regulate green house gases and mandate zero emission vehicle sales. The case will be heard by the DC District Court.
