California legislators come up with some of the darnest ideas. The latest comes from California State Senator Scott Wiener (D-San Francisco) who wants to install speed limiters on ALL vehicles, not just trucks, manufactured or sold in the state. The limiter would prohibit the driver from exceeding the speed limit by more than 10 miles per hour.
